1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services available at removewatermarkclaude.com (the “Service”), operated by Remove Watermark Claude (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides tools that process text you paste (including text generated with AI assistants such as Claude) and return a rewritten or cleaned version intended to reduce statistical AI watermark patterns and similar stylistic fingerprints.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC, Claude, or any other AI provider. “Claude” is used only to describe a common source of user-submitted text.

Results are probabilistic. We do not guarantee that cleaned text will pass any particular detector, avoid flags, or meet any third-party policy, academic, employer, or platform requirement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid subscription. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

Paid customers create an account after checkout by setting a password associated with the email used at Stripe Checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Free and Pro plans

We currently offer:

• Free plan: limited character length per clean (currently 5,000 characters) and a limited number of cleans in a rolling 24-hour period (currently 2 cleans). Limits may change with notice on the site.
• Pro plan: a paid monthly subscription (currently $9.99 USD per month) that unlocks higher character limits and unlimited cleans, subject to reasonable fair-use and technical limits described on the pricing page or in these Terms.

Free-plan limits are enforced automatically. Attempting to bypass rate limits, character limits, paywalls, or account controls is a violation of these Terms.

6. Billing, trials, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing Pro, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and may exclude applicable taxes. Stripe and/or we may collect taxes where required.

You may cancel anytime from your Account page via Stripe’s customer billing portal, or through Stripe’s cancellation flow. Cancellation stops future renewals. You generally retain Pro access through the end of the then-current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at cancellation.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including for partial months, unused cleans, or dissatisfaction with output quality. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly at support@removewatermarkclaude.com.

7. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of text you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide the cleaned output to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• you have all rights needed to submit User Content for processing;
• your use of the Service and any output complies with applicable laws and third-party terms (including school, employer, publisher, or platform rules);
• you will not submit illegal content, malware, or content you are not authorized to process.

You are solely responsible for how you use cleaned output. The Service does not provide legal, academic integrity, or compliance advice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access beyond permitted use in a way that harms the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties as a competing product without our written permission;
• use the Service to commit fraud, evade lawful detection obligations where prohibited, or violate others’ rights;
• attempt to circumvent free-plan limits, security controls, or billing systems.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, chargebacks in bad faith, or risk to the Service or other users.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you other than the limited right to use the Service as permitted.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments), hosting providers, and processing tools used to transform text. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or policies outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, DETECTOR-PROOF, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remove Watermark Claude and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a paid plan as described above. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer rights.
